How will I get paid?

What is the cookie duration for my referral link?

The cookie duration is 60 days. This means if someone clicks on your referral link and makes a purchase within 60 days, you'll earn a commission for that sale.

How often are payouts made?

Our affiliate program operates on a quarterly settlement basis, with payments processed every three months. You need to earn a minimum of 50 USD in commissions to get paid, and the payment process may take a few days, so please allow 3-7 days for the funds to appear in your account.

What happens if a customer I referred requests a refund?

As an affiliate, you'll earn regular commission from a user as long as their paid subscription remains active during the first 12 months of sign-up. However, if a user cancels their plan, your monthly commission from their subscription will stop. Additionally, if a user requests a refund, your commission related to that purchase will not be paid or will be deducted from your following commission.

Can I earn commission on my own purchases through my referral link?

No, affiliates are not eligible to earn commission on their own purchases.
