How will I get paid?

Both programs support global payouts in USD via bank transfer, with no country restrictions. Your affiliate dashboard gives you full visibility into your performance — including your unique referral link or promo code, clicks, referral orders, total sales, and commission amounts. You can also track each commission's status (Pending / Approved / Paid) in real time.

What is the cookie duration for my referral link?

Cookie duration differs by product type. For TicNote Cloud subscriptions, the cookie window is 60 days — if someone clicks your link and subscribes within 60 days, you earn the commission. For TicNote hardware devices, the cookie window is 30 days.

How often are payouts made?

Payout frequency differs by product type. For TicNote Cloud subscriptions, commissions are settled quarterly (every three months). For TicNote hardware devices, commissions are settled monthly. In both cases, the minimum payout threshold is $50 USD. Please allow 3–7 business days for funds to appear in your account after processing.

What happens if a customer I referred requests a refund?

For TicNote Cloud subscriptions, commissions continue as long as the customer's subscription remains active within the first 12 months. If they cancel, recurring commissions stop. If they request a refund, the related commission will not be paid or will be deducted from a future payout. For TicNote hardware devices, commissions may be reversed if the corresponding order is refunded, cancelled, or returned before payout. Any adjustments will be reflected in your monthly statement.

Can I earn commission on my own purchases through my referral link?

This depends on the product type. For TicNote Cloud subscriptions, affiliates are not eligible to earn commission on their own purchases. For TicNote hardware devices, affiliates may use their own referral link for personal purchases and earn commission on those orders.
