Question 2

How long can TicNote record continuously?

Accepted Answer

It supports up to 5 hours of continuous recording per session, though the exact duration may vary depending on the specific TicNote device model you choose.

Question 3

How much audio can TicNote store?

Accepted Answer

A single device can store up to thousands of hours of audio, depending on the specific TicNote model. You don't have to worry about running out of storage—once your recordings are synced to the app, you can delete them from the device to free up space for more recordings.

Question 4

Can I take photos and make notes during a session?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can use your phone to take photos of whiteboards, highlight moments, and jot down notes while recording. All your manual records will be perfectly synced and integrated into the final transcript results.

Question 5

Is there a trial available?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Once you purchase the hardware, you automatically get access to the Plus plan to try out the features for free. If you need more advanced capabilities later, you can always upgrade to our Pro or Business plans.

Question 6

Can I keep confidential client discussions secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. TicNote stores recordings on-device first, syncs only when you open the app, and encrypts your keys and data in transit. You decide which sessions stay local and which get shared — so sensitive stakeholder conversations stay under your control.

Question 7

Does TicNote handle multi-client engagements at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. TicNote keeps every session searchable by topic and speaker, so when you're juggling multiple clients, you can instantly pull the context for any one engagement — no mixing up which stakeholder said what.
